The Process
Preserving your beautiful flowers is a process—this is what to expect with my process!
1.) Choose your items and checkout.
Browse the shop and pick out the products you’d like.
Continue to check out once your items have been selected.
Choose the flower delivery date as either today’s date or if shipping today, or the date you intend on shipping your flowers to me in the future
2.) Drop off or Ship
When your flower shipment date arrives, follow my shipping instructions to ensure your flowers arrive to us in their best condition!
I do accept local drop-offs for special events located in the Philadelphia region or surrounded areas! Email me to see if your date is available for a drop-off!
3.) Let me handle the rest!
When I receive your flowers, we will begin the drying process to make sure your flowers look as fresh as possible.
Once your flowers have been appropriately dried, we will design your products to compliment the style of your bouquet and begin our casting process.
When the casting process is completed and your products have fully cured, they will be polished, boxed up, and sent back to you!
My current product return time is 6-8 weeks from the date we receive your flowers.
When you’ll hear from me!
I’ll email you when:
I receive your flowers: to inform you that I have received your flowers, display everything found in the box (bouquets, boutonniere, invitations, etc.) and to show the conditions the flowers arrived in.
When we have designed your larger products: blocks, trays, arches, & bookends) for your design approval. You can expect this email in roughly 2-3 weeks after I received your flowers.
When your products are about to be shipped: to confirm the address I have on file prior to shipping your order. I will not ship your order until I receive confirmation of your address.
Designing your pieces!
Roughly three weeks after I receive your bouquet, I’ll reach out to you with a photo of the design I have in mind for your bouquet.
You’ll be able to approve or alter the design prior to resin casting.
You’ll receive photos of each qualifying products (no add-ons at this point).
Once approved, I’ll move you to the casting queue! If I don’t hear from you in time, I’ll move forward with the design I have in mind, so be sure to monitor your email!
Shipping your orders!
About 6-8 weeks after I receive your bouquet, I should have your flowers preserved and ready to ship!
I’ll send you an email after everything is cured, polished, and ready to package and confirm your address.
I will not ship your products until your address is confirmed to ensure it arrives at the correct address.
Once confirmed, it’ll take a few business days to get everything packaged up, labeled and finally shipped back to you!
